OCT Scanning

The Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a non-invasive and takes a high resolution picture of the central retina and its blood supply. By taking an OCT picture optometrists have the ability to detect problems in the eye prior to any symptoms being present in the patient. It used for baseline data, and detect and support the management of eye diseases such as Macula degeneration, glaucoma or retinal detachments. At See Optometry, we have enhanced our capability by purchasing an OCT with Angiography technology.
